AZOD Fly Fishing Club? 

Team AZOD is considering putting together a fly fishing club for the viewers and supporters of the site.  This is a project that will take a short time to formalize and put together, but before we do, we would like to see how many people would be interested in becoming a member.

We’ve got a pretty good outline and plan drawn out, but would also like to hear from you, the future members, about what YOU would like this club to consist of. 

Here’s a few things for you to ponder :

·        Frequency of meetings

·        Club membership dues

·        Funding

·        Club activities

·        Monthly club outings

·        Office positions

·        Guided trips

·        Family activities

·        Raffles

·        Door prizes

·        Philanthropic work

·        Guest speakers

·        Rod building workshops

·        Fly tying sessions and lessons

·        Club and public swap meets

·        Video and literature library

·        Club tournaments

Can you think of anything else?  If so, please tell us about it.  Remember, this club is for YOU.  If there’s something about it that you don’t like, then we won’t do it!

If interested, PLEASE email us with your suggestions and include the following information about yourself so that we can contact you once we get enough interested people.

3.     Your location or city (for demographic purposes)

4.     Number of years you have been fly fishing

This information will help us to determine some important factors such as meeting location, outing locations, and what experience level the club should cater to.
